The filled double layer structure is different from tradition double layer that achieve by stripping machine . It requires 2 extrusion host to produce the extrude each layer separately .

Main parameters

Nitrogen gas supply should be accomplished through a compositive supporter with valves and instruments. The supporter will be supplied by seller only. a．The nitrogen source should have a pressure range 2~2.2MPa. There should be enough storage quantity before the CCV line starts up. b．The nitrogen supply can be operated in a manual mode or in an automatic mode. A governor valve automatically regulates the nitrogen pressure when the nitrogen is supplied automatically. c． There is a pressure gauge at the upper seal to display the system pressure. If the pressure exceeds its setting value, an alarm will come up or the nitrogen gas supply valve will be closed.

Position: It is located in the middle of the heating zone in order to ensure that the cable will not touch the tube in the heating zone. c．When the catenary control system detects the position of the cable, it will be give a signal to control the lower caterpillar speed.
